T+L Squadrons

I was tasked with designing a visual identity system for each of the internal teams at Teehan+Lax. The challenge was to create a distinct identity for each team, while maintaining a cohesion that could scale with the company. We started by using the phonetic naming convention and then assigned each team a color, a monogram, an animal abstraction, and finally a logo lock-up.
